Canada Post – Service Interruptions

The following is the most recent update received from Canada Post:

At this time we are proceeding with our regular mail service, however to avoid any disruption should the postal strike situation escalate Haywood would like to inform its clients of the available alternative method that may be used in order to continue to receive trade confirmations and monthly statements.

 That alternative method is for those of you who have not already done so, to request electronic access to the Client Centre through the Firm’s website.  From the Client Centre you are able to review your account information on-line which includes your trade confirmations and monthly statements.

 We encourage you to take advantage of the feature offered through this electronic delivery service. Simply log on to the Client Centre which is accessible from the top right hand corner of our website with your existing access information or select New Client if you are a first-time user (the system will walk you through the simple sign-up process). If our electronic delivery service is not a viable option for you, please contact your Investment Advisor to discuss an alternative method of delivery.
